Stupid Fucking Bird is a notoriously loved adaption of Chekov’s The Seagull, self-produced by local theatre artists. The play speaks to the current cultural climate of live theatre and asks what role theatre plays in our society at large. This bold and at times in-your-face production explores just how disappointing love, art, and growing up can be. It is an irreverent, contemporary, and very funny remix of The Seagull.
