Speaking American with Andrea Menchaca Hall

This event is part of Milagro's MUNDO DE LAS MUJERES Women's History Month Festival.

Speaking American is the latest show from the mind of Andrea Menchaca, a Portland-based comedian who brings her unique perspective as a mother and a first-generation immigrant to her comedy. In addition to headlining all across the Pacific Northwest, she was named a “genius of comedy” by the Portland Mercury. Menchaca also co-hosts the weekly podcast Anxiety Twins with her partner, Lee H. Tillman, where they have freewheeling conversations about life as stand-up comics, movies they’ve seen, their child’s reading habits, and whatever else pops into their heads.
