The story: Inspired by the comedies of William Shakespeare, particularly Twelfth Night, the tale begins in 1955, when a guitar-playing stranger named Chad arrives in a small town on his motorcycle, sporting blue suede shoes. With a song in his heart, he roars through town, and soon everything will change. As expected, Boy meets Girl, and soon everyone can’t help falling in love. Mistaken identity, mismatched lovers, and the magic of romance come together in a free-wheeling rock and roll comedy. All Shook Up features a nonstop musical romp with the legendary songs of Elvis Presley. The show includes such classics as “Jailhouse Rock,” “Heartbreak Hotel,” “Teddy Bear,” “It’s Now or Never,” “Love Me Tender,” “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” and “Burning Love” told in a whole new story.
